I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and greeted me by name throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The pool area was great, with comfortable seating and a dining table. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Universal and the surrounding area. The hotel also offered shuttle service to and from the parks, which was convenient. I thought this hotel provided excellent value for the price.
Everything was great.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 6 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool and sunrise. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large pool, hot tub, and fire pit. We enjoyed spending evenings by the fire pit with a glass of wine. The location of the hotel was superb, being right across the street from Universal Studios and close to the Orlando International Premium Outlet, one of the best malls in this city. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, especially Diego. We also appreciated having Starbucks on-site and 2 nice restaurants, one with a bar. The free cookies at check-in were delicious. we had a great experience and will definitely be staying here again in our future visits.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to Universal Studios. This made it very convenient for us to explore the theme park without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, being close to Universal City Walk was a bonus as it provided a fun and free alternative for entertainment.
