We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy for us to explore this city on foot. The surrounding narrow streets were filled with fantastic tapas restaurants, providing us with delicious dining options. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and we found it to be very comfortable. the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we had difficulty accessing our initial room, they immediately found us a more accessible alternative. They even surprised us with a bottle of cava and a sincere apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast provided was rich, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a half-bottle of manzanilla in our room.

The room was attractive and clean, with a lovely view of a square filled with restaurants. The hotel staff provided a warm welcome and were friendly and helpful during our stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and high-quality ingredients. The dining room had a calm atmosphere. The hotel's location was great for exploring all the main attractions in the city. It was relatively close to all major sites, which we loved as there were loads of great restaurants and bars everywhere in the Centre.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the Reception Manager who was on duty in the afternoon/evening. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything being spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a rooftop pool that was perfect for cooling off on a hot day in the city. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the center of the city close to lots of bars, restaurants, and cafes. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious, with the staff being very attentive. the staff at this hotel really made the experience enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
Everything is what I need and want.
I loved the spacious room with its comfortable bed and large wardrobe. The bathroom was also very pleasant, with a big shower and all the necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, offering a stunning view of the city and a relaxing seating area with sun lounges and parasols. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the historic neighborhood, only a short walk from popular attractions like the Cathedral and Plaza de Espana. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and willing to help. the cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast were all top-notch.
